Welcome. We present a simple and robust PK simulator. Begin by entering patient demographics at the top of the plugin. Naturally, not all models use every parameter. Redundant parameters will simply be ignored. Next, choose the drug and model as is required. Returning to the top now, boluses and infusions can be recorded. These changes will be used to calculate and graph plasma and effect site concentrations in real time. Changes can be viewed, edited and/or deleted from the list at the bottom of the plug in.
